This program is for anyone who has previously been trained as a coach, and wants to ‘Get GREAT’.
A 6-month program, creating and facilitating coaching partnerships – pairing individuals up so that they can practice coaching AND experience being coached. Each month each pairing will have 2 calls: one as coach, one as coachee, plus weekly 90-minute ‘mentorship’ calls led by Andy that will include:
