I am the founder and Director of Andy Hall Coaching (AHC) specialising in leadership development, customer service and people-based organisational transformation & behavioural change.

I have an excellent track record of leadership in the business sector, having spent over 17 years as a senior leader both in the UK and the USA. I achieve results by developing and leading teams of highly motivated individuals using coaching, empowerment, challenge and a unique strong personal growth ethic.

I am passionate about sharing these learnings with others through my role as an Executive Business Coach and Leadership Consultant. I provide an understanding of complex organisations, true leadership and commercial knowledge alongside one to one and team coaching to provide a key intervention for rapid, successful and lasting transformation.

I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organisation in the desired direction to achieve both your professional and personal goals.

Before becoming an executive coach in 2013, I had 30 years operational and senior leadership experience in leading retail and leisure organisations in both the UK and US. I have led large-scale commercial teams for WH Smith, Currys PC World and William Hill.

I relocated to the US in 2001 and as Regional Vice President for WH Smith there, I  led the team who delivered increased profits and reduced costs into stores in airports and hotels against the backdrop of 9/11.

I bring rich experience in leading and delivering transaformational business and culture change whilst maximising both customer experience and business growth, often in very challenging business contexts.

Since leaving the corporate world I founded AHC, providing coaching and training for individuals, teams and organisations.

I identified coaching as a key area of success in my leadership roles for many years, having experienced first-hand the positive impact that coaching had on those I worked with as well as myself. I formally qualified as a coach with the International Coaching Federation and since 2013 have been coaching leaders across the globe.

I also deliver coaching, training and mentoring as an Associate for some of the best consultancies in the UK and internationally.

I have been trained by ICF and qualified as an ICF ACC Certified Executive Business Coach (from 2015-2021)

I am as a Business NLP Practitioner.

I am a qualified MBTI Type 1 Type 2 Practitioner.

I am a DISC Certified Trainer.

I am a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker.
