Are you ready to maximise your potential?

Why is Coaching so important?

No other human development process influences and changes behaviour as effectively as Coaching.

If you pour information into the conscious mind in the hope that’s some of it will stick this is a futile process, because the conscious mind cannot retain large amounts of information.

Coaching influences at both the conscious and unconscious level of our being.

Most of what we do on a day to day basis is generated unconsciously, we are almost always on Autopilot. It is simply not possible to manage and improve upon something you are not aware of. Awareness is everything!

Coaching addresses the performance gap – the gap between what a person knows and what they do. The Coaching process has 3 underlying objectives: –

  • to raise awareness
  • to increase personal responsibility
  • to increase personal accountability

All three of these bring greater empowerment and resourcefulness to the individual, creating lasting change by adopting a learning approach that operates from the ‘Inside out’, as opposed to the ‘Outside in’.

Our potential and the potential of your teams and your clients cannot be found outside of us, it can only be discovered by going within, inside of us.

A Coach is always 100% committed to the success of the individual they are Coaching.  That is their mantra!

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." –Carl Jung

Coaching is the art of influence that underpins leadership in the 21st century.

In my opinion if you cannot coach, you cannot lead!

As you are working with people in your team, you will find that every one of them is different. As their leader, your ability to coach will help bring each person’s individual skills, personalities and styles together so that you are all working as one unit. Learning to coach individuals to success is essential for every leader. The more successful the individual, the more successful the team and the organisation.

Whether you are responsible for developing your company, others, or yourself, the more effective you are as a leader, the further you will maximise the potential of you and your team.
